Funxtion appoints head of customer success

Funxtion, experts in B2B personalised digital fitness, has announced the appointment of Danny Woods, a well-respected customer service expert with more than 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, as its new head of customer success. 

Danny was previously the global client services director at SweatWorks, a leading digital technology agency, and before that was the enterprise customer success and enterprise sales lead for EGYM (previously Netpulse) across both the European and US market.
