Operator elevates member experience with new signature group programming

SNAP Fitness has launched a series of new signature group programmes.

The four signature classes, with the overarching name of S7, are 30 to 45-minute full body workouts that incorporate all seven of the body’s primal movements; hinge, squat, lunge, push, pull, twist and gait.

S7 Strong, S7 Speed, S7 Sweat and S7 Strike will provide the ultimate total body workout and improve range of motion by using every muscle group in one session

The programmes will initially be available as instructor-led classes within its gyms before launching to members via on-demand video through the Snap App.

“These unique, in-gym signature programmes bring experience-led workouts into the 24/7 gym sector,” said Andy Carr, fitness experience manager at Snap Fitness UK and Ireland. 

“It means our members can enjoy the same type of workouts they’d find in boutique studios, without leaving their local gym or paying premium prices. We want these classes to stimulate all the senses and have created bespoke music playlists, as well as how we use our lighting to enhance the experience.

“Training in a group environment holds great significance in the member experience, helping build confidence and connection. Research shows that participants who exercise in groups tend to have greater loyalty and remain members for longer. 

“These developments represent the first step a pivotal development for Snap Fitness in the UK and Ireland and will play a major role in shaping the future design and layout of our locations.”

The signature programmes have been developed in conjunction with fitness programming expert Dean Hodgkin.
