LEISURE management operator Parkwood Leisure has announced a new agreement with fitness rewards platform and digital media provider Zoom Media UK.
The partnership is designed to elevate Parkwood’s member experience by offering exclusive rewards and perks through Zoom’s white-label platform, driving greater retention and engagement among its 100,000 members.
Andy Farr, strategic director at Parkwood Leisure, said “Zoom has an exciting vision for what member rewards should look like within the fitness industry, and we’re keen that Parkwood is able to capitalise on that for the benefit of its members.
“The experience of visiting one of our centres can go beyond what happens at the centre itself, and rewards can play a key role in that.”
Since 2020, Zoom Media has been at the forefront of creating tailored rewards platforms for gym operators, and will now empower Parkwood members to access brands and benefits ranging from Apple and Gymshark right through to Deliveroo.
